Dear Rehabilitation Professionals:

Just a reminder!  Attached (below in this post) you will find a Request for Proposals for restoration work that is to be conducted on the historic Captain Eddie Rickenbacker Boyhood Home, one of three National Historic Landmarks in Central Ohio.  The home is located at 1334 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43205.

The City of Columbus is the sponsor and approving agency for this project.  The Rickenbacker Woods Foundation, the care-taker of this historic site has been named the project manager.  We will hold a pre-bid meeting on this coming Monday, March 19, 2018 at 10 a.m.  Those interested in submitting a bid should attend to learn more about the project and visually inspect the house.  Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
