Give me my damn props…

…since you had so much to say before. (Just venting)

One thing that I’ve noticed is that the people who always had something to say about my weight haven’t congratulated me or have said one positive thing about my huge weight loss. You know these people. They were either talking shit, being mean, shady or acting like my weight offended them so much; like they were the ones that had to carry all of those extra 160 pounds. Anyway…I say this to say…since you had so much to say before, give me my damn props now. I don’t forget much, so mental notes are stored. I don’t care if you don’t think that I lost weight the correct way or not…give me my damn props. I was around someone for months and they never even acknowledged my weight loss. Not a word. I don’t know what that’s about and right about now I could care less…I’m just sayin!

When people continue to treat you like crap, just know that’s their issue, not yours. Learn to let those people go regardless of how you feel about them. If they can’t acknowledge your success, but always try and point out what they see as your faults; let them go. If they won’t give you your props…F em!
